A filling muffin for those on a low carb diet. Extremely tasty and filling. (Doesn't work for all, it's not zero carbs. However it was tried and tested by Diabetic)

img Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • Chocolate Chips (optional)

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients and placed in muffin pan. That simple!
