Delicious and Healthy Chickpea Muffin Recipe!

img Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (yes, you must use natural if you are on a weight -loss track)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch Kosher salt

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a food processor, blend chickpeas and eggs until smooth.

  3. Add rest of ingredients. Bake for 32-35 minutes. 

  4. Cool and enjoy.
