Delicious and Healthy Chickpea Muffin Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (yes, you must use natural if you are on a weight -loss track)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350.

In a food processor, blend chickpeas and eggs until smooth.

Add rest of ingredients. Bake for 32-35 minutes.
