Health Protein Pancake Recipe!

  • 1 cup flour (or a half cup white/half a cup whole wheat flour)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • Splash vanilla
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • You can add chocolate chips or blueberries for a healthier version.

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Cook in Betty Crocker or frying pan for 2 minutes.

  3. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
