Gluten Free Brownie Cake

img Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 6 Tbs. Cocoa
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 12 Tbs. Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Tbs. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Coffee

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients with a fork and pour into pan.

  2. (I use a 9x6 or 10x16 pan)

  3. Bake on 375 for 40 minutes and on 400 for 15 minutes
