Gluten Free Pita Bread
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Molino Gluten Free Baking Mix (Blue) - Sold on essgezunt.com
- 1 7/8 cups water
- 1 Tbs. Dry Yeast
- 2 1/2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. Salt

In a mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook, combine all the dough ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes on low speed, then another 3 minutes on high speed.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface using gluten free flour

Using a knife or dough cutter, divide the dough into pieces of about 3.5 oz. each and shape each piece into a ball.

Roll out each ball to the shape of a pita

Allow the pitas to rise for about 40 minutes covered with a damp cloth

Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature - about 464
-
Place the pitas in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden brown
