Gluten Free Pizza
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Molino Four (blue) - sold on essgezunt.com
- 1 7/8 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 1/2 Tps. Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp. Salt
Recipe

Place all dough ingredients in the mixer bowl and mi on low speed for about 5 minutes, then another 3 minutes on high speed.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface using gluten free flour and divide it into balls of about 7 oz. each. shape each ball well and wrap tightly in cling wrapper. Let them rise for an hour.

Remove the cling film and open each ball using your fingers to form a pizza about 20 cm in diameter.

Preheat the oven to maximum heat (Around 482). Bake for about 5 minutes, remove from the oven, spread tomato sauce, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, and return to the over for another 10 minutes.
