Description
Easy doughnut using vanilla cake mix flour
Ingredients
- 1 bag Authentic Foods Vanilla Cake Mix
- 0.5 oz Authentic Foods Sweet Rice Flour
- 2.4 oz Butter (Melted)
- 2oz Oil
- 2 each Egg
- 8oz Milk

Preheat the oven to 325F convection/ 350F

Melt the butter and set aside.

In a large bowl add the Cake Mix flour, then add the right flour and blend.

In a measuring cup add milk, eggs and oil and stir until combined.

Next pour the wet ingredients over the flour and stir until it resembles a smooth thick batter.

Pipe into your doughnut tins and bake for 16 min.

Variation:You can add spices or add things to the batter to make different flavors.
