Easy doughnut using vanilla cake mix flour

img Ingredients

  • 1 bag Authentic Foods Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 0.5 oz Authentic Foods Sweet Rice Flour
  • 2.4 oz Butter (Melted)
  • 2oz Oil
  • 2 each Egg
  • 8oz Milk

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F convection/ 350F

  2. Melt the butter and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl add the Cake Mix flour, then add the right flour and blend.

  4. In a measuring cup add milk, eggs and oil and stir until combined.

  5. Next pour the wet ingredients over the flour and stir until it resembles a smooth thick batter.

  6. Pipe into your doughnut tins and bake for 16 min.

  7. Variation:You can add spices or add things to the batter to make different flavors.
