Description
Just wanna share a great recipe I really enjoy. I think others will too. Doesn't take much prep and tastes gourmet. And best of all, it doesn't cost much... Just protein!
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen (or fresh) mini cauliflower florets, defrosted
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- Spices
- 1-3 T cottage cheese
- 1-2 oz shredded cheese
Recipe

Sprinkle spices onto cauliflower. I like salt, garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika, shawarma spice, and oregano.

Bake in Betty Crocker or oven for 10-15 minutes or until soft.

Add garlic powder and oregano (or any other spices you like) to tomato sauce.

Warm up the sauce until almost boiling.

Mix in cottage cheese and/ or shredded cheese while warm so it should melt.

Serve warm with dipping sauce.
