Description
Some great Chanukah maintenance recipes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup regular flour
- ¼ coconut sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs (organic a plus!)
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (preferably real)
Recipe

Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Add milk, eggs and oil to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Preheat waffle maker. Use approximately 1/3 cup of batter per waffle.

Plate with some heavy cream and fresh fruit.

For a healthier alternative, drizzle with some silan date syrup.

Weight loss clients- best to eat your waffles with some fruit or just plain waffles.
